Ann E. Naylor is a full-time Broker/REALTOR serving the Sampson and Harnett County areas. Ann has received her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation, an accomplishment held by only 11% of the nations REALTORS.

Ms. Naylor has experience in working with First-Time Buyers, Sellers, For Sale By Owners as well as with area Agents and Contractors. With experience in the home building process, Ann can help you decide which option is best for you and your family.

Ann is active in her community as a member of the Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador. She is also involved in Sampson County as a member of the Planning Board and Board of Elections as a Precinct Judge. Ann is past president of the Harnett Area Board of REALTORS® and currently on the Board of Directors. She is committed to helping others in the community and believes in working hard at what is important to her. Ann and her husband Robert have three children – Christie, Robin and Robert Ashley. Christie lives in Clinton with her husband, Jamie, and their daughter, Anna Elizabeth. Robin and her husband Brian live in Cary. Ann and Robert live in Sampson county with Robert Ashley, a student at Midway High School. Ann and her family are active members of Hopewell United Methodist Church.
